About our Restaurant

The Courtyard Restaurant stands out for its privileged location, in the heart of Port Louis and close to Foreign Embassies, Ministries, Administrations and Private Enterprises. By opening the door you will fall under the unique and original open air charm, or mix with harmony a beautiful bar, tables judiciously erected, all this in a flowery patio and where the sound of water gives the tempo to this very charming house.

The Courtyard has a beautiful room on the ground floor and several restorations on the first floor. Very comfortable lounges for business lunches are made available according to the expectations of the customers. For the other rooms they are decorated and arranged with taste, luminous with wish of the openings and balconies.

At the helm Gilbert Veerasamy and Chef Vasoo Mootoosamy have set up some menus discovered at prices ranging from Rs 1200 to Rs 2250. The creative cuisine of the Courtyard, elaborated from the fresh products of the Island is a visual delight and taste. An innovative cuisine, a light alchemy that mixes flavors, colors and scents. The Courtyard Restaurant is open daily for lunch and on Fridays for dinner. But the management of the Courtyard Restaurant is available for all private parties by reservation.

Fourth visit to the Courtyard. For me, it's the best restaurant in Port-Louis. The welcome always nice. Possibility to eat in the air-conditioned rooms and the sunny patio. The service is perfect, the staff is very attentive.
